Margaret was born and raised in Northern California and was a Property Manager in San Francisco, North Bay for 11+ years. She and her husband Dave moved to “The Big Island” of Hawaii in 2016 where Margaret took over a small Property Management business and has expanded it to over 40 long term rentals.

Margaret has successfully added Sales to her expanding business. She got her Brokers license in July of 2020 and started Oceanview Property Management and Sales, LLC in January 2021 Margaret enjoys traveling to the mainland with her husband to visit their children and grandson and when not working at home enjoys walking with friends and going to the beach.

My husband and I had a second home on the Big Island in Ocean View for 15 years and decided that it was time to sell. I reached out to a friend in Ocean View to find out if she could recommend a good agent. She referred me to Margaret.
